Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Chief Frank Farry said crews arrived to find smoke coming from the top of the building.
Workers at the employees mostly extinguished the fire with extinguishers. Farry and township Fire Marshal Jim McGuire said firefighters made sure all the flames were put out.
The officials said the fire spread up the wall of the building and was under control by 12:48 p.m.

McGuire said a vendor doing welding work caused the blaze.
