The Levittown area will feel the effects of Tropical Storm Fay Friday.
The National Weather Service issued a Tropical Storm Warning for coastal areas and a Flash Flood Watch that extends in Bucks County and surrounding areas. Forecasters said the widespread rainfall from the system could bring between 2 to 4 inches.

Rain has been forecasted to start Friday morning and continue through the night.
Forecasters said flooding rain in the biggest threat in Bucks County. Eastern New Jersey will see an increased threat of wind damage, tornadoes, and tropical storm force conditions off the coast.
By Saturday afternoon, Tropical Storm Fay is expected to be crossing the Canadian border with Vermont.
