Middletown Township police said they were called around 3:20 p.m. last Friday to the Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway. They arrived and detained Mercedes.
A man at the scene reported that Mercedes walked into the complex office pointing a handgun, causing the man to lock himself in the office. A woman reported that Mercedes was disorderly and shouting and banging at the office. Additionally, he exposed his genitals and “made gestures,” according to court papers.
With a gun pointed at one person, Mercedes said, “I’m going to f–king kill you,” police said.
