Bristol Township Council approved a number of development matters earlier this month.
The council approved a waiver of land development for Alliance Partners HSP LLC for the closed Solid Wood Cabinets warehouse at 6300 Route 13 in the Levittown section of the township. The owner plans to renovate the large warehouse, reconfigure the parking lot, and create an improved access drive for a “national logistics company,” which is implementing a “significant expenditure” on the site. The plan would also reduce the amount of impervious surface.
