22% Of Bucks County’s Known COVID-19 Patients Have Recovered

Bucks County reported eight new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday.

Those who died – four women ages 71, 83, 91, and 93 and four men ages 59, 80, 89, and 90 – were all older and mostly residents of nursing facilities, the county said.

The deaths bring the total to 118 with more expected.

In total, 131 new COVID-19 cases were reported on Wednesday, bringing the total to 2,197.

In Bucks County, 184 residents were hospitalized and 24 were on ventilators in critical condition.

A total of 493 residents – 22 percent – of the reported COVID-19 patients recovered from the virus.
