UPDATE: Raid Of Property Uncovers Suspected Meth, Detectives Say

Officers with rifles focused their attention on a Bristol Township home Wednesday evening.

Around 5 p.m., there was heavy police activity along Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Bristol-Emilie Road in the township’s Levittown section. A large police command vehicle and officers armed with patrol rifles were spotted, according to bystanders.

Following the flurry of activity, investigators from the Bristol Township and Falls Township police departments and Bucks County Detectives were spotted at a home in the 5100 block of Bristol-Emilie Road.

Authorities did not comment on the activity.

It was unclear if anyone was taken into custody.
