State-Backed Loan Will Help Company Purchase Building In Bristol Twp.

A company will be receiving a state-backed loan to purchase a commercial building in Bristol Township.

Gov. Tom Wolf’s office announced Wednesday that theย Bucks County Economic Development Corporation will disburse aย $640,000 Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority loan at a 3 percent fixed interest rate for 10 years to Philadelphia-basedย Manning-MFG LLC for the purchase aย multi-occupancy buildingย 1610 Manning Boulevard in the Edgely Industrial Park.

“The facility is currently fully occupied with four longstanding tenants who will continue their agreement with Manning-MFG LLC. The total project cost is $1.6 million,” according to the governor’s office.

The loan for the Bristol Township property was one of sixย low-interest loan approved across the state.
