A disagreement over use of the laundry room in a home led to a violent fight last week.
Frederick Borgmann, 55, was arraigned last Sunday on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment.

Bristol Township police were called to the 1100 block of Jangood Place last Sunday afternoon for a report of an assault. They arrived to find a man with eye injuries and some blood coming from one of his eyelids, according to court papers.
Police said Borgmann’s roommate stated the 55 year old attacked him after arguing over the use of the laundry room in the home. He said Borgmann locked the door, blocking access to his bedroom and the laundry area.
The man said when he tried to open the laundry room door and then struck it with a golf club to gain access. As he turned to get his laundry basket, Borgmann jumped onto his back and knocked him to the ground. The roommate stated he hit the ground and Borgmann gouged both of his eyes with his fingers before striking him in the head three times with a closed fist, police said.

The roommate told investigators he escaped to a neighbor’s home.
Borgmann told an officer he believed his roommate struck him with a golf club, but he had no injuries or visible marks and the golf club was not damaged, police said.

The 55 year old also stated he only attacked his roommate because he worried he would be assaulted, police said.
The roommate was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital and determined to have suffered fractures to the bones around his eyes and bilateral nasal fractures, police said.
Borgmann was sent by a district judge to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $75,000.
