A Middletown man has been accused of flashing his genitals and masturbating as delivery drivers were at his home.
Police said they first received a report from a passerby on Thursday, December 12 that a man was standing nude at the front door of a home in the 1500 block of Durham Road. Officers responded and found a dressed Anthony Hamill, 36, who denied the incident.

Just before Christmas, police were contacted by a local eatery who stated delivery drivers going to the same Durham Road home were having “ongoing and escalating incidents with the male resident answering the door with his genitals exposed and then openly masturbating as the driver walked away,” police said.
The delivery drivers were interviewed by investigators the next day, police said.
On the afternoon of Saturday, December 28, Hamill called in a food order. Police were notified and a plainclothes officer posing as the delivery driver made the drop off, a law enforcement statement said.

“As the plainclothes officer pulled up Hamill was standing at the door rubbing his genitals. When the officer arrived at the front door with the food order Hamill was standing there with his penis fully exposed,” police stated.
Uniformed patrol officers moved in and arrested Hamill without incident, police said.

Last week, police put to a public request looking for any potential additional victims.
Hamill is being charged with seven counts of indecent exposure and seven counts of disorderly conduct. He has not yet been arraigned, but was processed by police.
