Middletown police are seeking information as part of an investigation into a man who allegedly has been exposing himself.
Police said they are seeking anyone who may have witnessed a man who exposed himself or was pleasuring himself to traffic driving on Durham Road and to delivery drivers.

Investigators said anyone who has witnessed the “offensive experience” or delivered to the man should contact Officer John Beck at 215-750-3845.
