Police said Joseph Scot Robidoux II, who turned 37 last week, broke through the sliding glass door of an apartment in the C building and punched, pushed, and shoved the male resident. After the assault, Robidoux was said to have fled to another unit in the C building where he lives.

An officer made contact with Robidoux at his apartment. He was found to have blood on his hands and appeared intoxicated, police said.

It was not listed in court papers what, if anything, led up to the incident.
