A jury has been picked to sit during the upcoming November trial for Sean Kratz, who is accused of taking part in the murders of three men at a rural Central Bucks County farm.
After five days last week at the Bucks County Justice Center in Doylestown Borough, 12 jurors and six alternates were seated for the upcoming homicide trial for the 22-year-old Philadelphia resident.

The trial has been slated for Wednesday, November 6 at 9 a.m. before Bucks County Judge Jeffrey Finley, according to court dockets.
The jury selection took place several weeks before the trial due to the high-profile nature of the case, KYW Newsradio reported.
Kratz is charged in the July 2017 the killings of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Middletown; Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead Township; and Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg, Montgomery County. His cousin, Cosmo DiNardo, 22, of Bensalem, took part in all three deaths and the murder of Jimi Patrick, 19, of Newtown Township, at his family’s farm in Solebury.

The death penalty is on the table for Kratz.
Last May, Kratz shocked his attorney’s and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office when he turned down a negotiated plea deal. The deal from last spring would have seen Kratz in state prison for 59 to 118 years. After 59 years, he would have been eligible for parole.

DiNardo pleaded guilty as part of a deal and is serving four consecutive life terms in prison.
At the upcoming trial, there are more than 10,000 pieces of photographic evidence and a number of audio and video records.
