A large amount of suspect drugs were found during a traffic stop in Falls Township.
On Friday, Detectives found drugs in a Subaru belonging to Adelso D. Delarosa-Ramos, 53, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, who is suspected of trafficking heroin in fentanyl, authorities said.

Delarosa-Ramos was stopped on Route 1 south near Woolston Drive in Falls Township.
A K-9 unit from Middletown hit on narcotics in the car that Delarosa-Ramos was operating, authorities said.
About 500 grams of suspected heroin were found hidden behind the driver’s seat and, authorities said.

The resulting investigation has now uncovered about 700 grams of suspected heroin, which equals about 22,000 individual bags of the drug, authorities said.
The Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force, Falls Township Police, and Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force Group 55 investigated the case.

Delarosa-Ramos was arraigned on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned Friday night behind on-call District Judge Mick Petrucci and held on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.
