The firm has a background with both businesses and government and will use analytics to see what parts of the township are most used, said Nick Valla, an analyst for Middletown.
Following the design and implementation, the township will pay a $4,380 yearly fee to maintain the website.
Valla explained that the goal is to make it easier for residents to access information. One of the keystones will be to make the most important information available to users with no more than two clicks.
