PHOTOS: Towns Celebrate National Night Out


Area National Night Out celebrations received good-sized crowds.

Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown, and Penndel all hosted their own festivities Tuesday evening.

From meeting emergency responders to activities for kids, the events fostered the relationship between neighborhoods and law enforcement.

Across the country, Canada, and American military bases, National Night Out was was celebrated. It began in 1984 as a way to encourage police-community partnerships.
