Surveillance images released by police show one of the suspects, a woman with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. She was wearing a “Queen of the Night” T-shirt.
A 2017 poll from Shorr Packaging shows that 31 percent of respondents noted they had experienced package theft. The same poll found that 35 percent of online shoppers have their package sent to another address to prevent theft.
Anyone with information on the local “porch pirates” can submit tips to police by calling 215-750-3888 and leaving a message or dialing the non-emergency line at 215-949-1000.
