A woman was burned and a teenage boy suffered smoke inhalation during a fire Thursday morning.
The injuries to the two were non-life-threatening and led to the woman and teen being treated at St. Mary Medical Center.

Firefighters rushed to the townhome in the 20 block of Princeton Court at the Tareyton Estates development in Middletown around 7:45 a.m.
Crews arrived to find flames on the second floor of the townhome and were able to put the blaze down in about 15 minutes, Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Chief Frank Farry said.
The fire was contained to the one residence and did not spread to the connected townhome, Farry said.

Fire Marshal Jim McGuire said the cause of the blaze was still being investigated, but a possible electrical issue was being looked at.
Crews from the Parkland, Penndel, Middletown, and William Penn fire companies responded along with Middletown Township Department of Fire and Emergency Management. The Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad transported to the woman and teen to the hospital.

Firefighters were able to respond so quickly because some were already responding to a serious crash along Woodbourne Road when the fire call came over the emergency radio.
