The sky over Harry S. Truman High School was clear blue with a smattering of clouds as the nearly 350 seniors of the Bristol Township School District took to the football field for the last time as students.

The ceremony represents a culmination of success for the students years of schooling. The common theme among speeches from faculty and students alike was the hope of a bright future and the promise of infinite possibilities.
“But now, our four-year ride is coming to an end,” said Alexia Devlin, senior class president.
“While some members of the student body have their paths planned out, many have the finer details still up in the air. Moving forward, I hope you live life by choice, not by chance,” Devlin said, urging her classmates to listen to their inner voices over the din of the crown.

“Let these successes be just the beginning of your future,” said superintendent Dr. Melanie Gehrens.
Bristol Township School District’s class of 2019 earned $3.6 million in scholarships and awards and are destined for a wide variety of futures, from the work force, to the armed forces to ivy league schools.
