A disturbance at the Lower Bucks Family YMCA earlier this month required police to respond.
On Wednesday, March 6 at 10:32 a.m., Bristol Township police were summoned by the YMCA in Fairless Hills for the report of a homeless man refusing to leave the building, authorities said.
According to court documents, the facilities manager of the YMCA informed police that the club allows the needy to use their shower facilities during certain hours in the early morning and that a man arrived after the given time frame. While the man was allowed inside anyways, he caused a disturbance with other members once inside. When staff members asked him to leave, he had allegedly refused.
The manager reported that the man had been inside the locker area for over two hours and was now yelling and naked. The man had refused multiple orders to get dressed and leave the premises, police said.
When officers entered the building, the yelling from Donteย Davon Kennebrew, 31, of Morrisville, could be heard throughout. The building was now open to the public and occupied by dozens, including many children and the elderly, police said.

When police entered the male locker room, Kennebrew was observed in the shower, completely naked, alone, and screaming various grievances. After police ordered him numerous times to get dressed, Kennebrew yelled back, before agreeing to put sweatpants on, court papers stated.
Kennebrew was placed in custody and transported to police headquarters where he was processed, charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct, and released.
Kennebrew was later arrested a few days later for disorderly conduct and harassment by Morrisville Borough police. He was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
