
A 16-year-old Bucks County Technical High School student was severely injured in a Bensalem crash that killed another high schooler.
Bensalem police said that Raymond Horner, 18, of the township, was killed when the not-street-legal dirt bike the two teens were riding slammed into a GMC Acadia Virginia and Tyler Avenue.

Horner, a Bensalem High School student, and the 16-year-old boy, a resident of Bensalem, were thrown from the dirt bike upon impact, police said.
Horner was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.
The 16-year-old boy who attends the Bristol Township-based technical high school was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia. The teen remained in the hospital as of Saturday afternoon and was listed in “extremely critical condition,” police said.

Investigators said the high schoolers were not wearing helmets at the time of the crash, and disregarded a stop sign.
The driver of the GMC was treated for minor injuries and cooperated with the investigation.
