A Delaware County man was arrested after he allegedly stole a car from outside a store.
Bristol Township police said they were called to the CVS in the Deon Square along South Oxford Valley Road in township’s Fairless Hills section around 6 a.m. on February 1 for a report of a stolen 2005 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Upon arrival, the owner of the minivan said he had a GPS tracker on the vehicle.

The Chrysler was tracked to the 2700 block of Knights Road in Bensalem and officers from that township took Philip Henry Moore, 33, into custody, police said.
The clerk at a nearby store said Moore had tried to get a jump, police said.
Moore was arraigned earlier this month on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility unable to post 10 percent of $40,000, which was later reduced to 10 percent of $10,000.
