Original Story: 

A large truck overturned on slushy I-295 east, blocking traffic Tuesday afternoon.

The truck overturned just past the Penndel/Levittown entrance ramp in Middletown. It ended up on its side on the portion of I-295 that crosses South Flowers Mill Road.

Firefighters, medics, state police, and PennDOT were called to the scene around 1:40 p.m.

Tow crews were on the scene as of 2:05 p.m. working to remove the truck.

There was no immediate word on injuries.
