“Five … four… three … two … one.”

And with that, the Bristol Borough Christmas tree at the base of Mill Street lit up and drew cheers from more than 1,000 people gathered to celebrate.

“Everyone have a great holiday, a Merry Christmas, and god bless everybody. See y’all back here next year,” Council President Ralph DiGuiseppe II told the crowd.

Shops in the central business district were open, eateries were packed, rain deer were on display, a small train took kids for a ride in the Mill Street Parking Lot, and Santa snapped photos with kids in the Centre For The Arts.

Bristol Borough: Raising the Bar sponsored the annual tradition.
