Wildfire Smoke From California Blows Over Lower Bucks County

The slight haze that sat over Lower Bucks County Monday evening was made up of smoke from the California wildfires.

Meteorologist Gary Szatkowski noted the situation on Twitter and displayed a map showing smoke that had traveled east.

The large wildfires in California have brought death and destruction to the state. As of Monday morning, the large Camp Fire had claimed 77 lives and scorched more than 150,000 acres.

Smoke from the Camp Fire and others in the state have cause hazardous air quality recently. While the smoke has spread east, forecasters from the National Weather Service have not issued any warnings about air quality.
