Police are working to track down a man suspected of stealing a credit card from a person’s shopping cart in Lower Makefield earlier this week.
Police said the man took the credit card from a customer’s shopping cart at the ShopRite on Big Oak Road in Lower Makefield’s Yardley section around 2:30 p.m.

The suspect, according to investigators, traveled to the Target store on East Lincoln Highway in Middletown and attempted to purchase $2,000 in gift cards. When the attempted purchase happened at 3:01 p.m., the credit card was declined by the store.
