A man accused of indecent exposure and open lewdness in Bristol Borough turned himself in Tuesday.
Christopher Shamir Eldridge, 34, of Bensalem, was arraigned by District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr. on charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, harassment, and disorderly conduct. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Borough police allege that Eldridge was in the area of Cedar Street when he asked a woman, who was on foot nearby, about parking. At that time, he reportedly exposed himself to the woman.
“He maintains his innocence and looks forward to his day in court,” said Paul Lang, Eldridge’s attorney.
In 2016, Eldridge was found not guilty by a jury on charges of rape, robbery, and false imprisonment charges after an alleged incident in Bensalem.
