The Neshaminy Creek stayed within its banks in Lower Bucks County after several days of heavy storms, including ones that caused flooding in the upper end of the county.
As of Monday afternoon, the Neshaminy Creek at the U.S. Geological Survey gauge by Playwicki Park in Middletown was below flood stage and the waterway was flowing smoothly toward the Delaware River.
