Traffic Stop

A 17 year old wasย arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and paraphernalia during at traffic stop at 4:43 p.m. at Pond and Market streets. Two juveniles – ages 16 and 17 -were cited for disorderly practices. An 18-year-old Middletown man was also cited for disorderly practices.

Disorderly Conduct

Six people between the ages of 16 and 18 were cited for disorderly conduct during a fight that broke out during the above mentioned traffic stop at Pond and Market streets at 5:15 p.m.

A 58-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested at Commerce Circle and Route 13 at 11:19 a.m. He was turned over to the custody of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
