A Philadelphia man has been charged with raping a woman six years ago in Bristol Township

According to court papers, a now 21-year-old woman reported to Bristol Township police in November 2017 that she was raped by Oliviera inside a home on Llanberris Avenue in 2011. At the time she was 14 years old and Oliviera was 16 years old.
The woman recalled that she was at a family party when Oliviera drank vodka with her while the adults of the home were outside. The woman told a detective that she quickly became intoxicated because she was young and inexperienced with alcohol.
The woman said Oliviera kissed her and then attempted to put his penis in her mouth but she crawled on the bedroom floor toward the door. She was pulled back by Oliviera and later awoke to him raping her, she told police.

“[The woman] screamed as a result. In response, [Oliviera] covered [the woman’s] mouth with his hand and continued raping her,” police wrote in court papers.
The woman told police she was so intoxicated and was in and out of consciousness, becoming sick throughout the night.

This year, a detective spoke with Oliviera and he admitted to having sex with the woman, possibly even when she was asleep and intoxicated. He also reportedly said he placed his hand over her mouth as she started to yell.
