Last Wednesday, shortly before 6 p.m. Penndel Borough police responded to the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway for the report of an armed robbery involving a firearm. The victim reported to police that he was robbed at gunpoint by a known suspect who took his cell phone.
The victim reported that Anthony L. Bryant, 20, of Trenton, removed the victim’s cellphone by force from his right front pants pocket. The victim told officers that he heard the ‘click’ of a pistol slide being racked prior to the robbery taking place, and that Bryant ordered the victim to remove his shoes and get into a vehicle while holding him at gunpoint.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the victim told police he was driven to a location in Trenton where he was told to get out of the car, and again, the victim said the suspect racked the slide of the pistol and pointed it at the victim.

Penndel police successfully located Bryant later and he was placed under arrest without incident. Court records show that a firearm with an obliterated serial number, believed to have been used in the incident, was also recovered.
Officers from Middletown Township, Langhorne Borough, Langhorne Manor Borough, and Bucks County Park Rangers assisted with the incident.
