Jonathan Black, 21, of Bristol Township, and Jordan Jones, 17, of Bristol Township and Sarasota, Florida, were apprehended without incident at the Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway (Route 413) in Middletown around 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, authorities said.

Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said Black and Jones were hiding out at the apartment of the 17 year old’s girlfriend when they were captured. Members of the U.S. Marshal Service’s Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force confirmed that the two were at the apartment after surveilling the complex and swiftly moved in to make the arrests.

Both men were arraigned via video by District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr. late Thursday afternoon on 48 counts each, including from attempted homicide, robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, and other charges. The two had their bail set at 10 percent of $1 million and were transported to the county prison.

Although Jones is a juvenile, he is charged as an adult, according to court records.

Bristol Borough officers responded to a call of shots fired and a car racing away on Pine Street on the night of June 3. While at the scene, they were called for a man with a gunshot wound to the face who had been dropped off at Lower Bucks Hospital.

At the same time, officers stopped a white Volkswagen on Corson Street. A bullet hole was found in the rear window and blood was also visible, police said.
