Police ID Man Ejected In Fatal Route 1 Crash

Police have identified the man who died last Friday after being ejected from his vehicle during a crash.

Sean Stec, 28, of Levittown, succumbed to serious injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash on Route 1 southbound in Falls Township between Stony Hill Road and the Oxford Valley Road interchange, police said.

Stec’s vehicle continued moving after he was ejected and ended up in the woods off the highway, police said.

Medics rushed Stec to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown and his family was notified. He passed away shortly after, police said.

The crash caused major traffic tie ups along Route 1 and surrounding roads.
