The Neshaminy School Board is looking at changing the school calendar in light of a high number of weather-related closures recently.

The school board will vote on proposed changes at their meeting next Tuesday evening. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and is held at the district administrative office at Maple Point Middle School.

Neshaminy administrators are seeking to add an extra instructional day and make Friday, June 15 the last day of school for the year. Thursday, June 14 and Friday, June 15 would be half-days. Elementary students would have a full day on Wednesday June 13  and secondary students would have a half-day.

The high school graduation would be Thursday, June 14.
