A 39-year-old man was pulled over for expired registration in the area of Lincoln Highway and South Bellevue Avenue. The driver had a strongย odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from him. He was unable to perform several field sobriety tests. The man was arrested for suspected DUI

February 23

Possession Of Marijuana

A 21-year-old woman was pulled over on Lincoln Highway for aย registration tag on a vehicle didn’t match the information for the registration plate. After pulling a traffic stop, an officer talked with the people in the car. While speaking with an officer, the officer noticed aย strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle uncoveredย multiple marijuana cigars and baggies of suspected marijuana. The woman was arrested for possession and two other occupants in the vehicle were taken to a nearby diner.

Possession Of A Controlled Substanceย 

A 39-year-old man was arrested after being found asleep at the wheel of his pickup truck in the area of Hulmeville and South Bellevue avenues. Officers saw drugย paraphernalia on the floor of the driver’s side and the man admitted to smoking cocaine.

A man was disorderly in the Dunkin Donuts on East Lincoln Highway around 8:30 p.m. He began throwing things at employees and ended up jumping the counter to throw doughnuts. He will be charged with disorderly conduct via summons.
