An elderly man with dementia went missing Monday.

Earl Townsend, 84, was last seen around 5 a.m. leaving his home in the Fairless Hills section of Falls Township. He was believed to be operating a black 2004 Chevrolet Suburban SUV with Pennsylvania plate FTS5637, police said.

Townsend suffers from dementia and left home without his medication.

The missing man is 5-foot-10 and of thin build.
