A friend of the man and woman arrived to their home in the 1300 block of Newtown-Langhorne Road, a short distance from St. Mary Medical Center, and saw one of the bodies on the ground. The friend called authorities, who arrived for a well-being check and confirmed the man and woman were deceased, Forman said.

The police official said it did not appear the two were deceased for a long time.
