A 54-year-old man was arrested for DUI on Veterans Highway at 9:47 p.m.

Criminal Mischief

A two-foot-long scratch was found on a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 parked in the 600 block of Middletown Boulevard between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The scratch appeared to be caused by a key or similar object.

DUI

A 58-year-old man was arrested for DUI along Lincoln Highway at 2:28 a.m.

Theft From Vehicle

A GPS unit, gift cards and loose change were stolen from vehicles that were unlocked along Unity Turn overnight.

Identity Theft

A resident of the 1200 block of Brownsville Road reported during the past couple of weeks being unable to make calls on their Verizon phone. Upon contacting Verizon, they were advised their account was flagged due to a second account being opened in another state using their personal information. The account included the purchase of several phones. The victim was also advised via US mail that another store credit account was attempted to be opened that the victim had not applied for.

Theft

Eight large industrial scrap batteries were stolen from the 100 block of Reading Avenue. The value of the items was $175.
