Middletown Township police have arrested a local man after a juvenile positively identified him as breaking into his home.
Kevin Knox, 42, of Levittown, was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and theft.

On Wednesday, Middletown police responded to a burglary in progress in the 600 block of Madison Avenue. Officers arrived at the residence and were advised by a juvenile resident that he came home to a white male, in his 40s, dressed in all black inside his residence. The subject then left the residence
When the homeowner spoke to police, she stated she was missing jewelry from a jewelry box, an orange pillow case from her bed and a camera. The homeowner also stated she found a few bags on her basement floor that were not left by her, court documents state.

Upon a closer look, the homeowner discovered the bags were filled with items from around her residence – including a passport and driver’s license, clothing, shoes, vehicle keys, loose change, an Apple computer, and the orange pillow case, jewelry, and camera previously missing from the woman’s bedroom, as noted in a probable cause affidavit.
After leaving the residence, an officer observed a subject matching the description provided by the juvenile walking through the Middletown Public Works parking lot. The subject was positively identified as Knox.
Once at headquarters, Knox waived his rights and admitted to being at the residence.

Knox was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $400,000.
