Vehicle Struck By Gunfire Outside Elks Lodge

A vehicle was struck by gunfire early Sunday morning outside the Clinton Lewis Elks Lodge in Bristol Borough.

Police Chief Steve Henry said officers responded to reports of shots fired at the parking lot of the lodge in the 800 block of Lake Street around 1:30 a.m. They arrived to find one vehicle struck by bullets and no victims.

Witnesses told police they saw several vehicles flee the scene.

Officers checked area hospitals for any victims and did not find anyone suffering from gunshot wounds.
