Details on where Ceaser was for all these months was not immediately released.

Ceaser’s family, according to Bourne, wished to thank everyone who shared the missing poster and aided in the search.

Ceaser, according to Bristol Township police, was last seen on June 1 in the area of the Croydon 7-Eleven on Route 13 near the Neshaminy Creek. The 22 year old was wearing a plain black hooded sweatshirt with a white hooded sweatshirt underneath with different specks of colors on the hood when he left his mother’s car. In addition, he also had on an olive color t-shirt, dark blue jeans and tan and black Nike sneakers. He may have also had a black toiletry bag, black jeff cap and tan slippers with him.

Ceaser’s mother told Philly.com in summer that she appeared to witness her son, who has various medical issues, get into a car at the convenience store before he disappeared. The incident happened a short time after he received threatening computer messages.

Bourne and Michael Mallon, a commercial drone pilot and owner of Oldskillz Aerial Photography and Graphics, searched the area along the Neshaminy Creek in Bristol Township to look for clues related to Ceaser’s disappearance in summer.

The case gained additional attention after the unrelated quadruple homicide of four missing young men in Solebury stirred up interest in his case.
