Two candlelight vigils will be held in Tullytown Sunday evening.

According to information from the borough, the first vigil will be held at 7 p.m. at Main and Pond streets in memory of Helen Farr, who was shot dead last Sunday evening in the 300 block of Main Street. Farr 45, a New Jersey native who was staying with a relative, according to police, was killed by a single shot fired by Anthony J. Depolo, 33, of Montgomery County, after an argument.

The second vigil will be held at 8 p.m. at the Levittown Town Center by the Home Depot exit, the site of a crash that killed 2-year-old Qadan Trievel Tuesday afternoon. Qadan’s father – Christopher D. Kuhn, 27, of Hamilton, New Jersey – was charged in the boy’s death last week.

The vigils were set up at the request of Mayor David Cutchineal.
