Farr, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Tullytown police and Bucks County Detectives, Farr was shot by her boyfriend – Anthony J. In court documents, police noted that Depolo initially told investigators on two occasions shortly after the shooting that Farr had actually removed his handgun from his waistband holster and shot herself. During the second conversation with Bucks County detectives Lt. David Kemmerer and Martin McDonough, Depolo reportedly said he was not arguing with his girlfriend leading up to her death.
Police said Depolo was standing near Farr’s body when Sgt. Andrew Bunda pulled up after responding to the shooting call, which was initially reported as a self-inflicted gunshot.
