12th Annual Doo Wop In The Park Returns To Waterfront

The 12th annual Doo-Wop in the park concert is set for Saturday afternoon.

The long-running concert series, which draws thousands to Bristol Borough to enjoy some old time doo wop music, has become a tradition in the along the waterfront in recent years.

The lineup for this year’s concert includes the Delfonics, 1910 Fruitgum Company, Tokens, New Casinos and Chiclettes. The first singers go on at 5 p.m., but dancing begins at 4:30 p.m. at the Mill Street parking lot.

Parking will be available at the Lenox building on Radcliffe street. A free shuttle will bring people to the event. Vendors will be setting up beginning at 3 p.m., and there will also be a huge number of food items for purchase.
