A portion of Hulmeville Road will be closed this upcoming week.
PennDOT officials said Hulmeville Road will be closed between Old Lincoln Highway and Richardson Avenue in Middletown from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday due to utility installation.

“During construction, northbound Hulmeville Road motorists will be detoured over Richardson Avenue, Bellevue Avenue and Route 213 (Maple Avenue). Southbound Hulmeville Road motorists will be detoured over Old Lincoln Highway and Gillam Avenue,” a statement from PennDOT said.
The work is part of a PECO gas line replacement project.
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.
