โAs with any nonprofit organization, there are many barriers we will face including funding uncertainty, increasing demand for services, higher regulatory requirements, increasing cost and complexity and competition for the very best talent,โ said Bondi. โFamily Service is very well positioned with strong leadership and a diverse and fully engaged Board of Directors to meet these challenges and continue to grow and thrive.โ
Bondi and his wife Cathy have been married 36 years and have three grown children and two grandchildren. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Seton Hall University and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
