State park rangers have charged a woman after they allege she stole items from a boat.

Last Saturday shortly before midnight, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resource park rangers received a call from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boating Commission stating that Nicole Pusicz, 36, was on scene at the Neshaminy State Park Marina in Bristol Township’s Croydon section and in possession of stolen items. The items were taken from a boat at the marina. The items had previously been reported stolen several days before, according to court papers.

Rangers responded to the marina and found a bag with a laptop, iPad, and two iPhones inside, all of which belonged to the boat owner, authorities said.

When rangers spoke with Pusicz, she told them she had gone to the boat on June 28 and removed the items, authorities said.

Rangers said Pusicz was arrested and charged with felony burglary, receiving stolen property, and theft.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
