Investigators said Bristol Township resident Donna Anderson was struck at the intersection of Route 13 and Beaver Street in Bristol Borough around 11:50 p.m. The crash happened in the southbound lanes of Route 13.

Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene, an emergency official told LevittownNow.com.

The striking minivan reportedly left the crash scene and was last seen turning from southbound 13 onto westbound Bath Road in Bristol Township, police said.

The vehicle that struck Anderson is suspected to have been a 2004 to 2009 Nissan Quest minivan. The minivan is dark in color and has front-end damage. In addition, it is also missing its headlight, but it was unclear which one, police said.

Anyone with information on the fatal crash is asked to call Detective Bill Davis at 215-788-7812 ext. 13.
