As noted in a criminal complaint, from January 14 through March 11, undercover investigators discovered that more than one hundred video files of children engaging in sexual acts had been downloaded to Chrzanowski’s computer, located in the Snowball Gate section in Middletown.

On Tuesday, April 18 shortly before 6 p.m., Sciscio, accompanied with other law enforcement officers, executed a search warrant at the home of Chrzanowski. According to court records, during an interview with the man he admitted to owning the black Gateway desktop computer and Toshiba external hard drive located in his home office. Chrzanowski told officers that he had used the computer and external hard drive to download, view, and save the child pornographic material for the last 15 years.

Numerous images and videos of child abuse material were found by officers on the devices, police said.
