According to Sheaย Cialella, the administrative coordinator of the BBBA, the sessions will provide a focused and pointed discussion about what events and opportunities exist in the borough and where the town can go in the future.
The session is being facilitated by JoAnn Perotti of the Bucks County Intermediate Unit. According to Cialella, Perotti will use pointed questions to keep the conversation constructive and moving forward.
After the sessions, the results and discussions will be analyzed by the board of the BBBA.ย The plans need to be feasible to be workable in the larger landscape of business in the borough, Cialella explained.

“We have to have accountability and feasibility,” she added.
The strategic planning session comes weeks after Bristol was announced as the winner of season two of the Small Business Revolution, but it was already in the planning stages when the contest was going on. Now that they won, Cialella believes the growing excitement in town is helping the planning session get participants.
