According to Falls Township police, aย confidential informant (CI) contacted Snedeker by both call and text to arrange a time, place to meet, and amount to complete a hand to hand drug transaction. During both controlled buys, Snedeker requested the CI meet him at his home on Pleasant Lane, as noted in court documents.

While at Snedeker’s residence, the CI purchased methamphetamine, first by Snedeker, and then by an unidentified third party that Snedeker made arrangements with, as noted in a probable cause affidavit.

It was then, on Thursday, March 9, that police conducted a search warrant atย Snedeker’s home, where they removed suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. According to court documents, Snedeker admitted to selling the drug to support his addiction to “get high”.

Snedeker, who was out on unsecured bail after being charged last month for driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance, also identified an un-namedย co-defendant, who advised that she was requested to deliver a cigarette pack containing an unknown substance to someone for Snedeker.

Snedeker was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $400,000 bail.
